I recently stayed at Akom Prahran, and while the location was pretty awesome, I felt the apartment wasn't quite worth the price. It boasted a nice city view, but that was marred by a rundown building in front of us. The cleanliness and kitchen setup were great, but the tiny balcony and firm mattresses took away some comfort.

Staying at Akom Prahran was a fantastic experience overall. The location is super convenient, right across from the markets and close to all the action of Melbourne. While there was some noise on the weekends, which is expected in the city, it didn’t bother my kids at all. The décor is modern and stylish, making for a pleasant atmosphere during my stay.

My stay at Akom Prahran was fantastic. the apartment was modern and exceptionally clean, truly matching the online photos. The location was ideal, just across from the bustling Prahran Market and close to shops and tram stops for easy access around Melbourne. While there was some noise from the nightclubs nearby, which I was aware of before booking, it didn't detract from my overall experience. The staff were super helpful, even mailing back my forgotten phone after checking out.

I had a great stay at L'Emporia Apartments during Cox Plate weekend. The apartment was modern and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed for my stay. While there was some noise from a nearby nightclub, the staff's hospitality and the convenient location made up for it. Overall, I would consider returning for future visits to Melbourne.
